Oh please don't say that. It wouldn't take much to push some of my co-workers into that belief system. I have trouble enough dealing with them now.
You mean the same people who don't have the ability to bring a submarine off the ocean floor can whip up hurricanes and guide them to the United States? Those people?
I believe that the Russians understand the theory of "Chaos". That is a butterfly in one part of the world may effect the weather pattern in another part of the world. We should explore whether the Russians have released a large number of Monarch butterflies along the Western coast of Africa lately. That would certainly prove the "Chaos" theory. If so, its time to lay down a layer of DDT along the West African coast.
If that fails we may have to accept that weather happens. Maybe butterflies can effect weather, but humans can't.
