Does this mean that Rita is bypassing Houston. Any idea what the projected path is?
Well what I"m hearing it is closer to the Tx/La state line area, subject to change of course. I've not really looked at the data real close but it appears to be turning more to the north which will bring it onshore more to the east of original tracks.....
Weather.com shows a high level wind stream which is knocking Rita back on course to Galveston/Houston. Just get the hell out of there. John
