I've got an aunt that lives in Katy, and my mom was visiting. I called them yesterday and said if they didn't come up, I was coming down and getting them. I've got two cousins + families in Galveston, and offered them a place to stay this week, but they didn't take me up on it (we're in Waco). My mom and aunt are up here, but they're saying we'll get 60 mph winds with gusts up to 80 or 100.

My idiot cousin in Pasadena still says he's staying. Two of his daughters got religion and are leaving in the morning, though they're going to in-laws.

I told him he's in the mandatory evac area as of 2 am. He still says he's staying.
