Are you in danger of flooding?
I doubt it. My parents' house, which is where I'm going to be staying, isn't prone to flooding. Last May we had a freak thunderstorm park itself over town and drop over a foot of rain in just a few hours. The street flooded but the house wasn't in any danger. In 1983 we took a direct hit by Hurricane Alicia and didn't flood then either.
My biggest concerns are wind damage and tornadoes.
