No, it's an open flow design with large windows everywhere. There is a small closet on an exterior wall with no windows, though. That might be my best bet.
The other alternative would be to make a late decision to try to make it to my wife's hospital. The interior visitor restrooms should be safe, but that would mean leaving my pets to fend for themselves here at home.
Do you have any materials to re-inforce the closet? A couple of diagonal cross-members or anything like that?
