Recon found winds that correlate to 164mph at the surface. I'm not sure why they haven't bumped it up yet.

Recon found winds that correlate to 164mph at the surface. I'm not sure why they haven't bumped it up yet. Dunno. The next scheduled advisory isn't until 4 pm (after all, this thing is headed away from the closest pieces of land), but I'd expect an intermediary advisory in about 40 minutes.
