Life is change..

This bug is changing for the worse. Trying to do what it does best - infect.

The authors almost imply a type of viral development.

To quote a friend:

"All species are subject to cycles of sustained growth and sudden calamity."

Let us all hope that that bell ringing in the distance is not for the naked ape....

Perhaps we'll be lucky and the virus will experience the sudden calamity.

My father suggested, back in the 1950s, that flu (and other diseases) were spread by birds. I think the phrase "don't sneeze on the geeze" also stems from this observation. Birds move quickly.
