"MSNBC host Ron Reagan was incensed over the book.."
I always like Ann Coulter's line about him.. Something about being living proof of the limits of genetics.
When I was ten I had to walk past this house where a guy of about 20 going on who knows what would languish about the fence along the road where we children had to walk to school and all the folk thereabout warned us to beware of him as he might just reach through the fence and grab us.
He always had a bandage across the bridge of his nose that looked like what is now called a "Breathe-Right Strip" that served as evidence of his derangement but, in reality, was merely a manifestation of his nervous habit of picking at that bony knob which must have, somehow, interfered with his limited vision of the world outside that fence that scared him as much as those who scampered past.
Inside, behind tightly-drawn drapes his parents silently suffered.
I still, now and then, wonder what ever happened to him.
