Amazing. I guess 17% of all Ohians are lobbyists in Columbus. Or Dems who are pretty happy with Taxt's tax increases and general embarrassment of the Republican party.
How bad do you have to be to rate 24% below Governor Blanco?

25% of Republicans 13% of Democrats 14% of Independents
My guess is this is what you do when you gain the center, you lose the Right and the Left hates you for having an (R) after your name.

Re: taft's conviction for not revealing gifts (Golf outings): As you know Taft was convicted (plead no contest) and, as a result had to pay a small fine, make a public apology (I never heard it) and is on probation. Yesterday, I heard on 610 radio that the Ethics Commission has discovered more unreported gifts. However (now get this), Taft cannot be prosecuted any further because of a plea agreement with the prosecutor that holds Taft harmless for additional ethics violations.
My questions: Did you ever hear of this plea agreement? Why would a prosecutor, who had an open and shut case, make such an agreement?
I live in SE Ohio.
