I used to LOVE shopping at Field's! I could always find nice, classy, *classic* styles there. I worked right near the First National bank, and loved to shop in the area.

Of course, I'm a rural redneck mama now, but my little girls have some fun dress-up clothing! LOL

Once in a while, I do miss the city.

When my kids were young, we would take the train each December to Chicago so that they could shop, and visit with the "real" Santa, at Marshall Field's on State Street.

Those are great memories; too bad the franchise has been taken over by bean counters.
