Until there is Evolution is a Theory and nothing more.
What "more" would it be? Do you know what "theory" means in the context of science?
Once Evolution can be proven beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt then I will concede your point.
Nothing in science is ever "proven beyond a shadow of reasonable doubt". As usual, a creationist uses his lack of understanding of the scientific method as an argument against the validity of evolution.

"proven beyond a shadow of reasonable doubt" is the pathetic standard required in a court of law. Scientific theories require much stronger support than that. ;)
