He does need a new phrase. I mean... it was good for the first week but now it's starting to get stale. How about "don't let Rita hitcha where the good Lord splitcha" or something?...:-)
Sounds to me like it's something he's used to using with his staff in the Army. Not likely any of them ever told them it was getting stale ;-}
