I just read his forecast discussion and it's like you say...it pretty much lines up with the consensus:
"Nobody knows."
Just heard that Naggin Nagin has ordered 200 busses. So far, there are only 150 available. I'm confused. I thought Texas was gonna take the hit from Rita, not NO. Maybe the FOX reporters have some inside info.....they're asking people in the FQ if they plan to ride Rita out or evacuate.
