My monitor has been fine tuned and color balanced order to show me as true colors as possible because, when retouching portraits in photoshop, I have to be able to see the colors, especially skin tones as they are.
Not this batch of apples.....applesauce and apple butter.
Blueberries for pie are in the freezer and now I'm waiting for hubby to get home to fill and haul the canner to the stove for me for the blueberry jam I really should be tending right now :)
They are a little over 7 and 1/2 inches wide. At first it looked very odd, but I am used to it now. Only problem is, when I make graphics now I have to be very careful to keep them small enough so that they don't stretch out my tables which I still configure for people using 800x600. That took a little getting used to.
and you HAVE to have enlarged your font for viewing, haven't you?
No. The font is smaller, but it's easily readable.
Louie, you use AOL, too - can you do partial view source?
you got it! You posted one of the logos Dolly made you - looking good! We're really happy to have you in our little FR Family, Tweety!

I don't think I could get through the day without "view partial source", I use it all the time.
A belated WELCOME TO THE FINEST Tweety. Glad to have you here (AND WE LOVE YOU'RE AUNT TOO!)
Hi, dutchess! Thank you! I'm thinking we might all need a fall-back-on, generic thread for those days we haven't had time to prepare something new. With this one, I can omit the last part - with the *theme* from Maggie - or change it to some other thought or question. :)
You know, I had this one done for Wednesday the 7th LOL! And guess what I didn't do when I posted it this morning!!! Yep! I used the links for Labor Day and Military Monday on Tuesday Sept 5 & 6!!! The Admin Mod must have thought I lost it - I wrote them 3 different times and don't think I ever made much sense! But bless his/her heart - someone figured out what I intended! :)
Thank you for the link. With Windows 98 SE, the view partial source was automatic - no download/plug in was necessary if you had IE 5 or later. I just discovered last night that it wasn't *here* - ANYWHERE that I could find!!!
Billie. I was just going to say that lori showed me how to do it when we met in Columbus. BUT...I must be a creature of old habit. I think when I messed up some threads...it's from going back and forth between partial view so I still do the same old same old...go to FR and pray I don't his post LOL!
P.S. - WHERE do you install it when you download it? In Program Files/Internet Explorer/ Plugins? Where?
Okay, sistahs...SO how do you find out how many threads and posts you've done. Gosh....I AM in the dark ages aren't I????? (and dolly...you ARE on for Thursday right???? I'll be happy to help though!)
You don't have to install it. Just download it to wherever it wants to download and it should work. You might have to reboot, I can't remember.
I think that's what I have to do - reboot, because I noticed that it installed wherever it was supposed to, and nothing has changed.
Will be back! Thanks again!
Thanks for possting at the FINEST. And thank you for your service to our county!
I think what I showed you was how to view your post as a notepad html file in an Internet Explorer window. What Billie needs is the little program that allows you to view "partial" source, rather than the full source. :-)
