It would be hard to get it back - Wilno/Vilnius is the captal of Lithuania and Lwow/Lviv is the center of Ukrainian nationalism.
Getting Wroclaw/Breslau, Gdansk/Danzig, Szczecin/Stettin instead was a good bargain, especially that all Germans were removed.
