I am going to go out on a limb here but..ahhh..there is a "slight" chance the sister was combining booze and meds long before any contact with this um.."reality show".

The chinless contestant is a Mom and so I will assume that she is married.

So someone loves her unconditionally if he married her and started a family.

All assumption on my part.
