Adult porn isn't all fun and games, people. Re Extreme Associates' scumbag operation out in the Valley. Ashcroft was pursuing obscenity convictions against these creeps; so far as I know, they will be convicted, and will more than deserve it.

Yech. I've got to go, so can't follow up this evening; but if anyone's interested, Salon did an article on one of Extreme's operators, Janet Romano. Do a search for her 'screen name', Lizzie Borden, and bring a barf bag.

...and then all charges were dismissed by the District Court back in January. DOJ is, as far as I know, appealing that dismissal, but by the time it gets back to a trial court, Alberto will be looking for a new job anyway.

I just think there are far more important issues for the FBI to consider. As near as I remember porn ( as bad as it is) falls under ' free speech ' and there was a bench ruling on this some time ago.
