Aww...I wouldn't move to Hawaii.
When I refer to the Islands, I mean more like Cook Islands, American Samoa, or elsewhere.
If I could stomach Hawaii, I might as well move to Guam.
I did like Guam, but the beaches aren't anywhere near Hawaii.

Truk and Saipan-->Two places that absolutely beautiful.

Isn't the lagoon at Truk where a whole lot of Japanese iron sits on the bottom...?

I hear it's great - if a bit dangerous - for scuba diving.

Big Island beaches are old lava flows. The older islands have wonderful beaches. I know kids from Chuuk, Ponapei and Koserai. They all miss home but seek opportunity.

Gotta tell ya what I just loved about Samoa (though I've never been there). Margaret Meade wrote books on Samoan culture. She interviewed Samoan girls about sexuality and practices and published their tales as factual.

Naughty girls talking story. Meade neva caught on. Meade was High Maka Maka Pupule!
