Not very accurate, they are wrong about Bush but otherwise has the government thing nailed. The war in Iraq is neccessary, or we would have many more diasters here, all of them man made by terrorists.

Private enterprise is always more capable than the government and people had better be prepared to take care of themselves if a disaster hits because the gov won't be ther e to hold their hand.

But it is not only the Corps that failed. It’s FEMA and that monstrosity the Department of Homeland Security. It’s President Bush and his outrageous war in Iraq, which has diverted precious resources for a fool’s errand.
