I doubt it. Bush will never get it. Sometimes I think he is as stupid as the democrats say he is. First he stands and says its all his fault then he asks Bubba to help gather donations giving him a platform. then he has Condi Rice attend Bubba's Global head job in New York. He has yet to stand up for himself, he has yet to play hardball with Congress. And now he wants to build a new land under the sea by rebuilding New Orleans, at taxpayers expense. All the while knowing we have an immigration problem and kissing Vincente Fox's butt. I am a Bush supporter, but its getting harder.

"I am a Bush supporter..."

Nope.

I am.

You, sir, are an imposter.

unfortunately, ditto...I am getting tired of some responses by Bush, who I really like, but becoming more and more dissatified. I wish he would just once be more assertive. I think sometimes he waits for things to come out eventually in the press, instead of him saying anything, sometimes it does, but he never seems to know when to grab hold of perfect timing with situations that happen to get people to see things his way i.e. drilling in Anwar and all over the U.S. and the dem's holding this up with enviro's for 30 years in congress has a perfect time to press this now! Instead silence...could go on and on,the connection with al Queda in Iraq and 9-11...silence. It is getting old.

I too find Bush unimpressive. I voted for him twice, the first time eagerly the second time because I was scared of the alternative. He has cut taxes and possibly his court appointments will be good. However, his spending is out of control (big government) and it appears he thinks that our borders have nothing to do with our national security. He also did a horrible job at handling the aftermath of Katrina. I know most of the problems were due to the ineptitude of the local governments but a good leader when have known what was going on (just watch cable news) and could have applied the appropriate pressure to those officials. The press unfairly attacked Reagan but Bush leaves himself open as target unnecessarily. He is also a poor public speaker and is doing a horrible job of rallying the nation behind the troops that are fighting the war. I’m surprised at the number of people who support him on this site.

Didn't get past this part before dismissing your post entirely.

The President accepted responsiblity for what happened........just what a real leader does.

He never said it was 'all his fault.' Not even close.

And you're as much of a "Bush supporter" as I am a Clinton supporter.

Not even close there either....

Right on. I voted for w twice, but I'm getting sick of his turning on our causes. His bumbling and pussyfooting in the Iraq war is bad too. Recently, I've come to the conclusion that someone as inarticulate as he just can't be very bright. I'm sick of this bloat the government crap. Bush is severely damaging the reputation of the Republican party, and I think that soon he will become the typhoid Mary of politics. He seems similar to Bob Taft (RINO governor of Ohio) who has a 17% approval rating here. Bush is a four letter word just like Taft.
