There is every reason to suspect that Clinton either took bribes from the KLA or was grafting off of the Balkans trade missions. It would have been entirely in character and consistent with his approach to Red China.
Even if the death of Ron Brown was an accident, Clinton certainly didn't seem too upset by it.
