Apparently you think calling people a "Bush cheerleader" is some sort of insult. I wear it as a badge of honor. With all of the flack he gets from the media, the democrats, and the "perfect conservatives," someone has to support him. I do, and proudly. I am proud of him as my president, proud of all he has accomplished, and proud to say I worked to get him elected.

NO president, with the exception of FDR, has had the problems thrown at him that President Bush has. He has had to deal with terorist attacks, wars, national disasters, treachery (Jeffords), and all the while very few stand in his defense, certainly not many in the media.

Apparently you think that your carping is productive. I do not. You offer no constructive solutions, only rants about what you don't like. You have never answered the specific questions I put to you. Your reponse is to call me a "Bush cheerleader" and gripe about "throwing money." WHen it has been demonstrated to you that 1. a good portion of the spending is required by the Stafford law and 2. that private sector will pick up a lot of the cost and 3. there will be heavy oversight of federal money, you refuse to answer.

I consider your comments to be without substance.

Its not an insult, but it speaks to the truth of what you are. You follow Bush blindly. In your case, being a Bush cheerleader means giving the President a blank check and do whatever he believes is best. I've never seen you post anything coming close to criticizing the Bush policy agenda on any issue. Never.

NO president, with the exception of FDR, has had the problems thrown at him that President Bush has.

Baloney! In your mind GWBush is the greatest POTUS in US history. I'd call that an irrational opinion, if not blind alligence.

Likewise.

Me too! I'll proudly wear a Bush cheerleader tag. Bush suffered lies in the first election, and then a concerted effort to steal that election by Al Gore and the Democrats. For four years he was constantly called a liar and the left kept harping on his not having won, when he did. Then the election against Kerry and Bush had one lie after another thrown at him, even though he brought dignity back to the office of the presidency. Every event since he was sworn in, January 2001, Bush has been abused and called every name in the book.

I may not agree with everything Bush does, and that is often my fault in not understanding or believing the MSM when I should know better, but George W. Bush has been an outstanding president and I'm proud to be an American with his leadership.
