Delay was not being sarcastic.He always blows his top when he tangles with Pence(Delay's comment was in response to Pence's threat for zero conservative cooperation on ANYTHING without offsets)I wonder if we have the votes to replace Delay with Pence or a Pence-like Majority Leader, after the next elections.
