Remember algore's ridiculous 'down is UP/up is Down' performance? Clinton is doing the same thing in claiming that when HE was pres., NO poverty was down, but now when youknowwho is pres, it's UP, rising like the flood waters.

Perhaps the sickest thing about the Clinton adm. was that they left all these "ticking time bombs" hanging from terrorism to NO just waiting to explode. I guess he knew by doing nothing he could mess up a future adm.
Well it worked.He did nothing.
But he will have to work much harder to mess with GW.

There was a fine tradition followed by all Presidents that when they are out of office, they refuse to involve themselves in petty politics and criticize the President. Bush's father followed this example well, never talked about Clinton.
