"I just called Bloomberg Reelection headquarters and told them why I wouldn't be voting for him this year. The person I talked to sounded a little dismayed. But then again, maybe not. He has so many Dems voting for him this year."

I sent the Bloomberg campaign some comments via their webpage, telling them what I thought of his position and that I would not vote for him. The NY Sun has a really blistering editorial about him today.

I think the election is going to be a lot closer than people think. He won't get the support he needs from Republicans in Queeens and Staten Island. And most of the Dems I know here are Howard Dean/Cindy Sheehan supporters - they'll vote for Ferrer (in spite of the polls). Their main gripe against him is that he invited the Republican Convention to New York.
