It's so completely infuriating to have a "news agency" which spouts nothing but propaganda. This isn't the USSR.
But the NYT aided and abetted the USSR from at least the 1930's. Their correspondent Walter Duranty won a Pulitzer prize covering up Stalin's atrocities in Ukraine when he collectivized agriculture and starved 10 million Ukrainians to death.

I'm not surprised one bit that they had coverups for Stalin.
