The reciprocal of "take charge when I don't want to..." is "don't take charge when *I* want to."
Again, in my experience, women want to captain the ship till they're fifty yards from the rocks.
Actually......that's been my experience with men who have no clue as to how to lead in any aspect of life.......always wanting to follow... then play the blame game if things fall apart. (so they don't have to take responsibility) Are you one of those? *laugh*
