To: Eric in the Ozarks

I've heard from my cousin who is stationed at the 38th that spy training is on a whole new level. Rumored is that these spies, used to infiltrate NK, are trained on an undisclosed island at the southern tip of Korea and that heardened criminals are sent to these islands to basically serve as fodder during hand-to-hand combat training. It started out as a black-op set up by Syngman Rhee, the president during Korean War, and when word got out to the public, there was an outcry by human rights activists and int'l community and supposedly the Korean gov't ended the program after demarcation. But everyone in korea knows it still exists...
