Condi isn't pro-american?
...Well, Yes?...She's only been on the job (DoS) for what...15+ months.
A better question might be, is Condi a strong enough leader and sufficiently inspired to actually make a dent in the entrenched bureaucracy at the State Department? That bunch of critters has been pretty much anti-American for decades now.
Has anyone noticed a difference in what State is doing these days?. I haven't noticed anything at all, concerning Foggy Bottom.
