The thing about Cindy is that she's obviously insane and nothing more than a mouthpiece for SorosCo/Moveon/Joe Trippi/Howard Dean, which indicates to me that the "occupied New Orleans" line is what her handlers and benefactors fed her and indicates their real feelings about the US military.
