He was talking about how hard it is to find good workers. He has some shirkers who will make a claim for a hangnail. That's when he mentioned that he has a few Mexican employees who are hard workers that wouldn't dream of making a claim, even when they're legal.
I know several Americans who possess that same work ethic.
Sadly, there are folks out there who have fraudulant claims but their numbers are decreasing
However, Illegals won't make a claim because of fear of getting caught or losing their job. So, some of their work "ethic" may be fear.
