Respect for Casey is why she continues to be tolerantly and somewhat politely listened to...somehow she & Casey's father raised a brave honorable man.

How utterly hopeless it must feel to believe that a loved one died a meaningless death...and then to become surrounded by ghoulish people who encourage that lie to further their own agenda. I pity her, but as a soldier's wife, I resent her total disregard for what her son, the soldier believed. Casey was on his second enlistment & volunteered for the mission he died on... He'd counted the cost & knew the sacrifice that might be paid... The remarkable thing is that we are blessed to continue to have such men & women serve in our military.
