It doesn't put my theological panties in a wad.
Nothing would please me more than to have proof of life elsewhere in our universe. And while I may not be a rocket scientist, I am an amatuer astronomer and eagerly follow "space news".

I should have made it clear that I was speaking about another poster and not you with my caustic comments. I agree with you that the discovery of life on another world would be incredibly important. BTW, I am an aerospace engineer, economist, entrepreneur and a few other things.
