This is so true just the other day there was a job fair here and over half the evacuees that were asked to attend said "no the government WILL take care of us." Which means we the tax payers get to feed, cloth and house them..
And here in Texas they are trying to recruit additional help to serve food to the evacuees. What I want to know is why can't they get off their rears and help serve themselves. In addition, they quit giving out the $2000 cards because they were going outside the Astrodome and spending it on the boom boxes and drugs from the pushers waiting there for them.
