WASHINGTON (AP) _ A coalition of military organizations on Thursday gave Sens. Hillary Clinton and Lindsey Graham its highest honor for their work to expand access to health care for National Guard and Reserve members and their families.
Clinton, D-N.Y., said she was honored to have worked with Graham, R-S.C., on the bipartisan issue.
"It is a deep privilege to have a chance to serve and support our men and women in uniform, and to be recognized by an organization dedicated to the well-being of our troops and our veterans is a great honor," Clinton said. "Our men and women in uniform sacrifice so much to protect the freedoms that we enjoy, and we owe it to the them to give our full support while they are in uniform and after they retire from service."

Bennies for Votes, and on your dime too.
Full benefits for guard troops regardless of activation status translates to "those who need it the least, get the most".
No disrespect to active duty guard, but most employers extend full benefits during active service, so isn't this "double dipping" ??
This for a person who in her own words "loathes the military" according to Col. Robert Patterson, carrier of the "nuclear football" during the Clinton administration.

I dont know how she got that out without choking, This is the woman who wouldnt allow anyone to look at her face to face in the White House.
She's just buttering them up for when her hubby turns them over the UN.
Funny how the beast felt so privileged while First Spouse that she didn't want them wearing their uniforms at the White House.
Being the spawn of Satan, she only does what comes naturally. After all, her father is the father of all lies.
Ain't she the one who threw coffee on a Marine guard in
the Whor- I mean White House?
We'll be hearing a lot about this in the fall of 2008, both from the media, and in her campaign tv ads.
Sorry Hitlery, we already have your number.
"Six Hundred Three Score and Six"... Right?
Public employees on active duty are generally taken care of, I think, like police and prison officers. Private employees are in a slightly different boat.
My son worked for a private company, and they maintained his benefits while he was on active Guard duty after 911. When he came home, they backcharged him for the cost. He didn't get much of a paycheck for a few weeks until they had gotten their money back.
Prior to that, he was in the Navy reserves (and a student) and was sick with meningitis. He had signed into the reserves when he finished his Navy enlistment thinking his benefits would continue, but found out otherwise. His month in the hospital was charged to him.
So at the first opportunity he left the Navy reserves and signed into the Guard, just in time for 911.

She hates these people.
She's attempting to pave her way into the Oval Office. Too bad it's with her own excrement.
She is a marxist and a socialist. Will America fall for this? We need to ensure her past is not forgotten.
Indeed.
One of my three rules is "Never underestimate anyone".
At this time, especially the voters.
FMCDH(BITS)
The first beast will suffer a major wound to the head...but will miraculously survive.(L'affaire Lewinsky)
The second beast will cause all the world (UN)to worship (elect as Secretary-General)the first beast.
Metaphor abounds...
translation....this means more votes and I really hate the military, always have, always will, but it does look moderate.
Doogle
And they laugh at Bush's coalition in Iraq. I spent 22 years in the Army and never heard of the "Military Coalition." Weird. With Hillary getting their award, I suspect that it's a spinoff of People for the American Way or "Veterans" for Peace.
