He will singlehandedly extend the welfare generation, set the groundwork for a victimhood state, in a single speech. I have a feeling he will say goodbye to his conservative base tonight. If he doesn't demand that the Congress repeal - at least - the $24 billion in earmarks in the Transportation Bill, I'm outta here. He can find someone else to support him.
