Well, you've already done the before so I would say after is pretty much now in order.
I best not respond because I have a feeling I am gonna be really ticked off having to spend tax-dollars on this man-made disaster and the additional costs involved because of the ramifications of it. We will be hit from all sides before this is done. Good luck to all of us.
