He will not be speaking to an audience. That stinks. He really doesn't perform as well when speaking straight to the camera. Looks unsure, kinda like " Who wrote this sh--?!"

Okay, what would you rather have...Slick Willie, biting his lower lip and crying, or President Bush, who though not a rousing speech giver ( though great extemporaneous speaker ! ), and adequate one?

And the president is really caught up in the tragic mess left in the wake of Katrina, he'll be just fine. This is to be an inspiring speech, so he'll be fine; really, he will be.
