Man-made disaster? Isn't that Louis Farrakhan's line?
Well, if it was I don't know but I am not Louis Farrakhan. What do you call levees that fail and/or are not capable of holding the water for any level of hurricane? I call that a stupid place to live and not expect a flood--not a natural disaster. There was nothing natural about it. The flooding occurred after the hurricane was long gone.
