On ABC, they are interviewing evacuees hoping for negative comments, and all the black folks they are interviewing are coming out 100% for Bush. The reporter is so frustrated!

Another home run for Dubya!

I saw this, too and it was wonderful.

The reporter phrased every question to these people from the negative angle ("But did you believe him?") and they did believe him and that one woman in particular who cited local and state and federal money being sent and not put the intended use was a marvel to behold.

Ted Koppel was saddened when they threw back to him but I didn't stick around.

I did surf back at one minute to the top of the hour and he was speaking to yet another reporter where they consoled themselves that President Bush may rise above this hurricane disaster, but the threat of avian flu looms on the horizon. I only wish I was kidding.

The media has gone completely insane with their hatred of this man.

After I saw Brian Williams admitting on MSNBC that he and other reporters were chattering about the choice of location chosen by administration staff "for their president" was one of beauty and not a scene of devastation I clicked off news for the night.

I'm sure CNN was hoping that there would be a bloated body floating nearby that they could show.

" After I saw Brian Williams admitting on MSNBC that he and other reporters were chattering about the choice of location chosen by administration staff "for their president" was one of beauty and not a scene of devastation I clicked off news for the night."

The two twits ( Scarborough and Williams ) were upset that the President did not use a flooded street full of sewage as his backdrop.
You missed the bonding moment when the two twits waxed nostalgically about the " incredible journey " they had taken these past two weeks.
I was afraid they were going to start asking each other if their pants made them look fat, so I clicked off.

Pres. Bush couldn't have picked a better setting for a message of hope. Think of what the evacuees sitting on cots in a shelter must have felt when they saw one of the most beautiful symbols of their city dry and beautiful!
