You don't see any Great Society similarities? If you don't, it's just because you choose not to. If Clinton or anyone with a (D) next to their name had given this speech, this board would be up in arms screaming about socialism.

Clinton would not have structured his response this way. He would not have been talking about small business, free enterprise, home ownership, etc. I don't think it's socialism to help people get back on their feet but I do believe that the result should be a more economically vibrant, self reliant population.
