Some say this is a first for Mayor "Not-So-Bright".

This just about makes up for his statement about the Sniper problem in NEW ENGLAND during the DC Sniper days. LOL

Bobby is a 50/50 mayor. He has done a lot to revitalize Montgomery's downtown, has brought us a baseball team, and gets off these gems every once in a while.

But he is a liberal, has raised taxes, and panders to the minority community(if course here they are the majority).
