Sorry, I'm just not seeing that the difference is that significant:

The capital letter I's are different, which would suggest the top part is from Condi, and the bottom part from Bush. Or, it could mean that a portion is fraudulent.

Ok...JPEG artifacts...but take a look at this...

Here is the original photo only blown up to 600%, and screen captured...

Check out the total absence of artifacts around the pencile and finger against the white paper...yet the text artifacts are all over the place...

There is no doubt the image has been manipulated around the text area...it lacks the depth and clarity of the rest of the image...

The point being that this is the silliest conspiracy hunt I've seen in awhile, particularly when 1) there are quite reasonable explanations for the "suspiciousness" of the note; and 2) there is so little to gain from a fraud.
