It's all Bush's fault. He's from Texas and he hates black people.

If I was feeling crass and insensitive I would call it an Affirmative Action twofer.

Someone who truly hated blacks would want THIS woman free, and roaming the streets, eh?

A great step toward equality, to be sure.

She must be really old.

I can't be sure, but I know she's really dead.

The media is racist! Where is the outcry from the media? They totally ignored this story! Remember how orgasmic the media was over Carla Faye Tucker? Hmmm was the President the governor during that time?

She murdered her husband and her children. I don't care what color she is. She took the lives of three and paid with her own. Justice is served

You are right, quite a stir over that one, a white woman and not a bad looker.

Texas also iced a woman named Betty Beets at about that same time period.
This woman was also white but an old hag, so not nearly as much outcry.
Betty was a nice old gal but had a bad habit of planting her husbands in the backyard garden.

Thousands protested the richly deserved execution of Tucker. Less than 50 protested this one.

As Dave Chappelle once said, "Don't be the first black person do do anything. It's always a horrible story!".

I thought it was the lady from several years ago who hit a pedestrian, and drove home with the guy stuck through the windshield where she left him to die.

Whatever happened to that lady?

Yeah, you'd think Texas would have spared her life because of her groundbreaking accomplishment: becoming the world's first black woman.
