Who is they and why hasn't Rumsfeld delivered their head on a platter? Or is he part of the cover up too? See that's where this falls apart. A lot of people would have to conspire to pull this off and why would Rumsfeld and generals in the Pentagon go to depths like destroying evidence to hurt the president? Looking at it objectively unless it's some grand scheme by Rumsfeld it just doesn't make sense.
