Gorham said Vermont is very high in the percentage of guns owned per capita, and he believes that's "part of the reason we have been safe for so long."







The problem is the "we" are not safe. Although the left has not moved much to take away gun rights here in Vermont, they have done so on just about every other right. I am getting tired of such complacency as Vermont continues to out pace almost every other state in the nation on the path toward socialism. This state was once a beacon of individual liberty and local community; those days are now a distant memory.
