Voting YES on Prop. 76 is like giving meth to an addict to make him stop using. With what we have on the record so far, what makes anyone think Prop. 76 won't be used by Arnold to borrow even more money.
That sure as hell isn't why I voted for him.
What a disappointment Arnold has turned out to be.
