What prevents the House and Senate from imposing the 2nd slaughter house today? That is an accurate response to nearly all the complaints about the NRST. And what is the logical conclusion to that? That that was not a true complaint at all since it already exists, but instead a faux excuse for maintaining the contemptible status quo.
