U.S. Commission on Civil Rights woman (Jennifer Braceras) is good -- unequivocal support for Roberts and answering the objections (which she considers specious).
Naturally, Court TV cut off Braceras midway. How I wish I had C-span 3!
Actually I think her statement was excellent in describing the role of the Supreme Court and separation of powers. She is hispanic, female and a lawyer. Perhaps she should be considered herself for O'Connor seat.
