I think the next nominee will be named when this nominess is voted out of committee. Possibly next Thursday evening. I would think the same modus operandi, National Audience Announcement.

With the news that conservative strategists are demanding the Senate Judiciary give them access to an estimated 4,000 Democratic memos that are in Senate Sergeant at Arms William Pickles’ possession, they're certainly laying the groundwork for Estrada, IMHO.

I think that the next nominee will be after Judge Roberts has been confirmed. Then GWB will put forth the next SCJ. Now if the Dem drag there feet on the nominee. Bet Sandra will have one big heart burn with them. Who GWB will nominate I do not know. But who ever it is. The fight is going to be dirty and long.
